My Background
I've spent my career in the trenches of contingent workforce operations—the complex world of EOR platforms, VMS systems, multi-vendor payroll coordination, and compliance across 70+ jurisdictions—responsibilities not common among traditional HR.
I started as the person trying to make impossible systems work together. After years of duct-taping spreadsheets, writing the same documentation over and over, and manually reconciling payroll across multiple vendors, I realized: I could design better tools.
So I started building them—first through spreadsheets and documentation, then by learning to leverage AI-assisted development to create custom applications.. This portfolio showcases those tools—solutions to real problems I've lived.

Why Am I Doing This?
Every tool in this portfolio solves a problem I personally faced:
- AuniConnect chatbot: Because distributed workers kept escalating basic policy questions that could be answered instantly with the right routing system
- Financial Operations Suite: Because vendor payroll exports were never in the format Finance needed, requiring hours of manual reformatting every pay cycle
- ContingentAI: Because tracking FMLA/PFML leave for contractors across state lines was a compliance nightmare that most HRIS platforms completely ignore
I'm a practical problem-solver—I design solutions for real operational challenges, not theoretical ones. Every tool addresses something that would have saved me hours of manual work.

Expanding technical skills in Salesforce Administrator and Agentforce, and AI-powered automation to contingent workforce operations.
