My journey into HR technology started with a simple observation: most workplace systems feel like they were designed for robots, not humans. After years of watching talented people struggle with clunky interfaces and inefficient processes, I decided to do something about it.

Building automation tools for HR operations, including VMSFlex Pay (multi-state payroll automation reducing processing time by 94%) and AuniConnect (AI-powered HR assistant). Creating solutions to problems encountered throughout my career in HR operations.
Managed talent operations across 32 VMS platforms, processing multi-state compliance for contingent workforce. Navigated complex data formats, 50-state overtime rules, and integration challenges. This role revealed the critical gap between what HR systems promise and what operations teams actually need.
Led setup of Velocity Global's first US payroll, migrating from legacy provider to new platform with zero missed pay cycles. Mapped taxes, configurations, and payment methods while coordinating across operations and IT teams. Created comprehensive runbooks enabling seamless handoff to steady-state team.
